We at the Lower Lode Inn are an 15th Century Riverside Inn offering bikers accommodation and somewhere to eat and drink. We are based in a stunning location on the banks of the River Severn which gives us picturesque views of the water and the country beyond. We are only a short distance away from the historic town of Tewkesbury, which is also accessible during the summer months by our historic foot ferry.

We have a quaint riverside beer garden with extensive garden seating for you to relax in whilst taking in the views on those hot summer days and we also have a games room too with a pool table and jukebox. In our restaurant area we serve fine locally sourced home cooked food made in our 5 star hygiene rated kitchen. You can also sample our camra accredited real ales! This traditional pub has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere and you will always recieve a smile when you walk through our doors. You can have a breakfast and a Sunday carvery by pre-booking your meal at the bar.

We have a range of rooms available and different accommodation options, including B&B guest accomodation, a riverside camping and caravan site and boat moorings. We have five en-suite guest rooms available for bikers, families, and couples or single occupancies. Pets are very welcome too! Our rooms have all the essentials you will need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Our lawned riverside campsite is the perfect place for those staying for a short break, as we have electric hookups available and also elsan disposal, drinking water, a shower unit & 24hr toilets. It has excellent facilities and is great value for money. It is only £12 per night with electric hookup (10 available). Tent pitches are £9.00 per night with no electric.

Boat moorings are available along the Inn's river frontage. There is room for narrow Boats (Limited Availability) and smaller / public boats up to 30ft in size.

With being located in between the Malvern and Cotswold Hills, it enables us to be a fantastic base to explore some of the UK's most charming villages and the stunning river-valley countryside of the Severn Vale. We are also within easy reach of Upton upon Severn and the provincial towns of Cheltenham Spa, Gloucester and Worcester. For those travelling and those on business, we have easy motorway access to the M50 & the M5.

With our gorgeous views and facilities, we are also the best venue for wedding ceremonies & receptions, birthday & anniversary celebrations and vehicle rallies, as we have a purpose built function room & facilities for outside catering.
